The Graco LiteRider Click Connect stroller is an umbrella stroller designed by Graco for everyday uses. It does come with some nice features, but for the most part, it focuses on the bare essentials. This stroller is definitely an umbrella and lightweight stroller that you should consider if you’re on a tight budget. In fact, I’d consider it as a super deal! Weighing in at under 20 pounds, this Graco stroller can also be considered lightweight and can be used to travel around.  One of the key selling points for this Graco stroller is its portability. In addition to having a weight of 16.85 pounds, it is also designed to accept all of the Graco Click Connect infant car seats. This makes it a whole lot easier in terms of transporting your newborn back and forth between your car and the stroller. So what are the noteworthy features and pros for the Graco LiteRider Click Connect stroller? Let’s find out!

Features and Pros

Lightweight and Portable Stroller. This Graco stroller weighs in at only 16.85 pounds and supports riders up to 40 pounds. While it is not one of the most lightweight strollers around, it includes a fairly comfortable handle for you to carry. The folded dimensions of this stroller is 33.5” x 19” x 16.5”.

Lined Canopy with Window. The stroller comes with a fairly decent sized canopy with a peekaboo window for you to check in on your child.

Recline-able Deluxe Padded Seat. The Graco LiteRider stroller offers a pretty comfortable, padded seat for your little rider. Another thing to keep note is that the seat can be reclined. More specifically, it can be reclined to two different positions, giving your child more options to find the position that is the most comfortable.

Compatible with all Graco Click Connect Car Seats. This stroller is compatible with all Graco infant seats. The attachment is a really simple one-step process.

Three-Point Harness. The Graco LiteRider features a 3-point harness system to keep your little rider locked into the stroller. This harness system is all held together by an easy to use buckle.

One Handed Folding Mechanism. Folding the Graco LiteRider stroller is a breeze and you can do so with just one hand. It also features a storage latch to keep the stroller closed when it is not in use. Wondering how easy it is to fold this Graco stroller? Just check out the video below by Graco!

Lockable Front Swivel Wheels. The front wheels do swivel, which makes it easy to maneuver on smooth surfaces. The front wheels for this stroller can also be locked when strolling on rougher terrains.

Removable Child Tray. The stroller’s removable child tray not only acts as additional storage space for your child, but also makes it extremely easy to place and remove your child from the stroller.

39-inch Handle Bar Height. The stroller features a handle bar that is 39-inches from the ground and is definitely one of the the higher handle bars around. This makes it easy for tall parents to push this stroller around.

Large Storage Space. The Graco LiteRider showcases a large drop down storage basket underneath the stroller’s seat. This allows for plenty of storage space for essentials such as diaper bag, toys and snacks. What I particularly like about this storage basket is that it is easily accessible even if the seat is reclined. In addition to the large storage basket, the stroller also comes with 2 deep cup holders, a parent tray and a removable child tray for snacks and a small-sized bottle.

The Graco LiteRider is definitely one of my top picks in terms of value for money. Besides, this stroller has all the basic features that’ll do a great job for everyday use. That being said, there are two features that I would have liked to see in this stroller. Here are the cons:

Child Tray Only Fits Narrow Bottles. Though not a big deal, the child tray does not fit standard bottle sizes. You’ll need a narrower bottle if you would like to make use of the recessed bottle feature on the child tray.

Other Noteworthy Points

You can pick from a few different color options for the Graco LiteRider stroller. These different colors are shown below.

The Graco LiteRider Click Connect stroller is a great lightweight umbrella stroller that is definitely on my list for the best “bang for your buck” single stroller. It weighs just under 17 pounds and offers a ton of storage space not only for the parent, but also for the child. If I had to pick two things I really liked about the Graco LiteRider stroller, they would have to be the simple single handed folding mechanism and the vast amount of storage space available in the storage basket underneath the seat. That said, if you have an active child, its 3 point harness system might be a concern for you. In short, the Graco LiteRider is certainly one of the best umbrella/lightweight strollers when you’re on a tight budget.
